5 BUT …. Individual projects are currently being formally and rigorously monitored and evaluated, and This process has already led to jointly agreed improvements in the model for the claimant journey … Is this enough???

6 Do we need to evaluate the work of the partnership as a whole? If yes, is the new HGILDC framework the tool to use? How would we measure its performance? What should we do now?
