5 CONCLUSION The virtuoso pianist Chopin had redefined the piano in his time. His many short and lyrical pieces such as his “Mazurkas”, “Etudes”, and “Polonaises” has transformed piano pieces to long and complicated to short and lyrical. Today, we use Chopin’s repertory as the mainstay of our piano performances and still cherish his many songs. Chopin will forever be known as “The greatest revolutionist of the piano!”
