11 Disclosure – Fast Tracking Outcomes 11 “I'm in a bit of a state right now! I've been in work for fifteen years in a variety of office environments. I have battled with severe depression in the past that caused me to be unable to work for large periods of time. Now I have somewhat overcome that affliction, I have been diagnosed with narrowing of my spinal canal, large disc bulges and impinged spinal nerves which have effectively disabled me - I now walk with a stick and am in some considerable pain. This condition will likely be long term. I know my current position is now untenable because of this, it is unlikely I will be able to return to my current job due to the necessity of physical activity as the office is very small and financially they aren't doing very well! I'm on SSP but in fear of termination. I know I must allow myself recovery time and be prepared to be disabled long term due to this, but I REALLY want to work! And soon. What can I do?” Thomas, Business Development Manager – 4.5hours over 2 weeks - £82.98 Reena, Online Customer Service Assistant (British Gas) – 2.5 hours over 1 week - £46.10 Daniel, Online Sales (Kosherpages.com) – 10 hours over 3 weeks - £184.40 Jordan, Warehouse Assistant – 2.5 hours over 3 weeks - £46.10 Graham, Web designer (York University) – 6 hours over 5 weeks - £110.64
