2. Operational Conducted IAP (interactive planning) to cover training, materials, commissioning – all on one schedule – Add startup to this schedule 3 months complete on operator training – Weekly classes with paper machines and pulp mill – Through all P&ID’s – Next step is operation of equipment Stock prep recirc refining (2-9) Pulp Mill – washer, refiner, screen equipment manuals and their procedures and operating needs and how that ties with P&ID’s Material development – Simulator – Equipment manuals – Operating manuals – Procedures

3. Installation, Startup, Commissioning Stock Approach (HD – Machines) – Phase 1: Secondary refiners to series – Phase 2: #3pm new machine chest online – Phase 3: #1pm new blend and machine chests online – Remainder is in final outage Pulp Mill (Blow tank – HD) – Some tie ins and construction in existing pulp mill – Install in new building, connect to tie ins on final outage – System checkout plan for new building and equipment – Startup up plan for final outage System commissioning coming out of final outage – Performance guarantees – Step through each system for optimization – Paper machine trials Working with UHPM team to overlap these plans with other teams – Upcoming machine trials (pre and post startup) – Stock lab work and trials
