4. What have we learned? The direction of security and identity for RESTful services is clear –OAuth 2 and OpenID Connect have community support –These standards are still maturing but look viable for MU Stage 3 3

5. What have we learned? The direction of content and structure for RESTful services is far less clear –Several standards available from different organizations –RHEx is investigating one standard –Harmonization is ongoing between many of these efforts 4

6. Going forward on content and structure RHEx has selected an hData/greenCDA based approach to RESTful structure and content –This is to support exploration This may not be *the* way forward Harmonization work in standards bodies is critical for success in this area 5
