NET GAIN 2,919 This figure is a result of considerable baptism and professional of faith, (individuals joining the church by letter). However, examining the statistical data is revealing, the data shows that we also lost 1,677 members dropped from membership: Letter - 1,147 Deceased -239 Removed -170 Missing -121

TARGET AREAS these can be: Unbaptized children Unbaptized spouse A person attending church who has not been baptized yet Temporary record added for new member whose membership has not been transferred in yet A) We need to work for the 170 souls removed from membership and 121 souls that are missing B) We need to work for the 3,109 Nonmembers,

SUGGESTION FOR SOUL WINNING 1  Growth is most likely IF your church (conference): Will work these changing community demographics by incorporating new leadership positions, worship styles, or music that reflect the culture of the changing neighborhood.  You as an elder work with the church clerk to show these numbers to the church and work with the treasurer to budget for mission.  Pastors and church elders, should consult with members in developing a systematic plan for growth. [EYES on eternity strategy]

SUGGESTION FOR SOUL WINNING 2 Your church should provide worship and small group activities at multiple times throughout the week (real life evangelism ministries) this will help retain active participation from families with demanding schedules.

SUGGESTION FOR SOUL WINNING 3 Encourage your church members to actively invite visitors to participate in worship, fellowship activities, and small group events to keep potential and new member to return to your church congregation.

SUGGESTION FOR SOUL WINNING 4 Develop a system to recognize new, regular, and lapsed attendees. Data seems to show that churches that have a “definite contact plan” for lapsed attendees are also more likely to experience growth.
