7 Trip Itinerary June 23, 2016 Students will leave from school
promptly at 7:15AM via Coach USA. Students should arrive at Club Getaway at approximately 9:30AM. Students will leave Club Getaway at 4:00PM. Students will return to school at approximately 6:30PM. Parents picking up their children should be at the school between 6:00PM and 6:15PM.

10 Student Expectations This year, our 8th grade class will enjoy a senior class trip to Club Getaway. This trip will provide students with the opportunity to observe, explore, discover, and engage in hands-on experiences. In September, parents/guardians and students received a copy of the NYC Discipline Code and have returned a signed behavior contract to the school. As per the NYC Discipline Code, any student with persistent level 1 and level 2 infractions or any level 3 infraction will not be allowed to participate in the senior trip. This is a recreational trip, not aligned to our curriculum.

11 Student Expectations Parents/Guardians, please note that students are held accountable for their behavior. Students, who attend this 2016 senior trip are expected to behave in a manner that is responsible, respectful, and representative of the Holliswood School. We hope that everyone will be able to attend.

12 WHAT TO WEAR Students should dress appropriately. Sneakers, T-Shirt, comfortable sweats or jeans are suggested.

Time: 6:00PM – 9:00PM Parent/Guardian MUST provide transportation to and from the dance. Please pick up promptly at 9:00PM. For the safety of our students, an authorized adult must enter the restaurant come downstairs to pick up students. Each student must have a signed Permission Slip for. dismissal Cost is $60.00 per student. Payment is due by June 8,2016 Checks should be made payable to PS/IS 178Q.

Ring will have the school name. Students may choose the color of the stone for their ring. Cost: Sterling silver ring - $48.00 Sterling silver ring with 24k gold overlay - $88.00 Students were sized at school on January 6, 2016 for their rings. Checks for ring purchase should be made out to Reed Ring Corp. Orders should be mailed to Reed Ring not returned to the school. 23 Graduation Ceremony Time: 9:00AM Each guest must have a ticket.
Date: Friday, June 24, 2016 Time: 9:00AM    Graduates will receive 4 tickets to graduation. Each guest must have a ticket. (PS/IS 178 siblings require a ticket.) (Graduates should arrive at school by 8:00AM) All Graduates should wear shoes. Ladies will receive a white collar to attach to their gown. Gentleman should wear a collar shirt and tie.
