4 4 How to get the most out of this Check your email BEFORE we start –Turn off or ignore email, mobile, and IM during the workshop –I have to go quickly to cover all the materials and you will have plenty of time to check email and make phone calls during breaks Ask questions if you do not understand Feel free to ask me to slow down or repeat things if they are not clear
