3. You get a chance to be involved! REP programs around the country are responsible for the advancement of psychological research…and you get a chance to be involved! Over the course of the quarter we will be discussing studies that have used Psychology 100 students like yourself. 4. What do you need to do? REP accounts for approximately 10% of your final grade. You get the choice of two options: – –1) Research Option – –2) Paper Option Either option will require 7 hours of your time. You can also obtain up to 3 hours for extra credit, for a total of 10 hours, in either option. Please note: You CANNOT do a combination of the options. You must pick or the other!

10. What will I be asked to do? Experimenters may ask you to play a game on the computer, watch video clips, or even simply fill out questionnaires. You can get an idea of what will be asked of you by clicking on the experiment code.

11. What is a debit? If you do not show up to a scheduled REP experiment or you are late, you can receive a debit. Experiment Option Want some easy extra credit? – –You also have the option of receiving.5 extra credit hours just by filling out a series of online questionnaires. – –Just click on the “Prescreening” link located under the “Enroll” tab. – –Prescreening will be available on Friday, September 21 st, and must be completed by September 26th. NOTE: You can receive a total of 3 extra credit hours. We highly recommend it!
