Organizing Progress Monitoring Data Progress monitoring data should provide the information needed to determine if any changes are happening because of an intervention It is often collected as baseline and intervention data It is helpful to design your spreadsheet using three columns: –The date or time the data was collected –A column for baseline data –A column for intervention data Placing the baseline and intervention data in separate columns will allow us to examine these data separately on the graph as well
