ECS 3390 University of Texas at Dallas 2 Final Reflection Memorandum and Portfolio Summary Over the course of the semester you have been introduced to various aspects of professional and technical communication. You have also performed several activities to reinforce your learning. Assignment Your assignment is to write a memorandum to your instructor, reflecting on what you have learned during the course of the semester in ECS 3390. Your memo should apply English mechanics and the standard memo style and design principles that you have learned this semester. It should be a minimum of one page (no maximum length, but you will probably want to keep it under two full pages), single spaced. Your memo should synthesize some of the major topics we covered during the course. You may also want to address the parts that you found easiest to learn and those that you found more challenging. Additionally, you may wish to address how well you feel you did in meeting the class objectives or where you feel you may have fallen short. In addition to your memo, you should turn in your revised and final versions of the following documents:  Ethics assignment  Design assignment  Cross-cultural assignment  Resume/Cover Letter assignment Place your memo and your revised final version documents in one MS Word file. Begin each assignment on a new page with a page break between each. Deadline Submit your Word document with you memo and each of your revised assignment documents via WebCT by the date noted in your course syllabus.
