6 PLANNING GRANTS - CDBG Growth Policies Comprehensive Capital Improvements Plans Housing Plans & market studies Historic and Architectural Preservation Plans & Studies Downtown Revitalization Plans & Studies Preliminary Engineering Reports (PER) Preliminary Architectural Reports (PAR) Site-specific plans and studies for Economic Development ADA Plans and more… Application Cycle: Non-competitive; awards made until all funds are obligated. Next grant cycle expected to open Summer 2016. Match: 1:3 (1:1 for private economic development projects) Ceiling: $50,000 TypesSpecifics
