10 Concurrency Solid Waste 645 pounds would be generated (4.3 lb per capita per day) Sufficient Capacity exists at the Citrus County Landfill Sanitary Sewer 11,250 gpd would be generated (75 gpd per person) Onsite Sanitary Sewer System will be installed Potable Water 18,750 gpd would be required (125 gpd per capita) Onsite Water Treatment System will be installed (No new well) Drainage Open Basin Design for the 25-year/24-hour storm event Public Schools Not applicable since residential uses are not allowed in TCU
