8. Educational and teaching objectives
To stimulate interest in knowing about the environment, the local area and intercultural relations.
To create the space and conditions required for creativity, encouraging the joy of spending time together.
To become familiar with and make use of, information technology.

*Knowledge of our territory and environment* Collaboration with our local forestry commission, discovering wildlife and plants(our school is situated near a very large protected forest called “Gran Bosco”)There has recently been reintroduced the wolf to this area to stabilize the wildlife. *Hydroelectric energy: there is a new power station on the river near our school *The study of astronomy
*Acquiring ethical and moral opinions from biological research
*Science clubs with laboratories: logical and mathematic games; the scientific study of sound by music instruments; chess
Scientific activities in a foreign language, visits to foreigner scientific museums.
