Vantraax has a number of value adding optional features including SureLok, New QuikDraw, Ready-To-Roll (including Rapid Roll) and our longitudinal air tank.
Our designs are simple and elegant. The result is a system that requires far less maintenance than competing models. We have fewer bushings than our competitors, four for us, twelve for Neway and sixteen for Meritor, Reyco and Binkley. We have fewer fasteners and ours don’t require periodic retorquing like our competitors.
SureLok solves trailer walk and drop by locking the slider at dock height. Neway offers a similar device but it is more susceptible to stress failure since it sees twice the load ours does. Meritor simply can’t hold a trailer at dock height (they don’t have a device), Reyco and Meritor sacrificed ride quality for a partial solution to trailer walk.
Our new QuikDraw offers many advantages. It frees frozen pins like QwikRelease, it helps prevent driver injury (no more strains and sprains associated with pulling pins) and equipment is safer (the valve automatically resets when the trailer brakes are released (no more forgetting to reset the pins).
