5 IvAc Background Information
IVAO Virtual ATC Client, nicknamed “IvAc” for short, is the new software that we released in April 2004 to replace our previous ATC client software, ProController Our intent was to provide an up to date but realistic ATC Client for our members, and to move a step ahead of reality! This new ATC client is mainly based on the current layout and procedures used by Eurocontrol. In detail, IvAc combines the proposed standards from Eurocontrol as well as Belgocontrol, to name a few, with ideas and suggestions from professional Air Traffic Controllers. Installation: Approximately 3 MB of disk space, Windows© Platform AVSIM Conference Denver, Co. September 2004
