3. Find a date/time from the calendar

4. When you click on a date, follow the instructions on it.

Make sure to write down date/time and Payment ID #, you will not see it again.

5. Go to https://evolve.elsevier.com/ and log in

6. Click on “HESI Testing and Remediation”, then “My Exam & Remediation.”

7. If you do not see “HESI Testing and Remediation”, then click on “Register for a HESI Exam” and follow the instructions.

8. Click on “Exam Payments”

9. Enter the Payment ID number that was on the calendar.

12. Print receipt and bring it and an ID on your test date 30 min
