8 Levels of Performance The teacher is evaluated on each component within each domain. The teacher’s level of performance is established through the use of Danielson’s rubrics. The levels of performance are:  Distinguished  Proficient  Basic  Unsatisfactory

11 Briefly describe the students in this class, including those with special needs.

12 What are your learning outcomes for this lesson? What do you want the students to understand?
