3. There are three distint types of muscles  Cardiac  Smooth  Skeletal These muscles provide strength, balance, posture, movement, and heat for your body.

5.  One main disorder for the muscular system is muscular dystrophy making it almost impossible to move parts of your body depends on how severe the disorder is. In more severe cases you cant move your legs as easily then in less severe its in your arms.  Another disorder for the muscular system is Laminopathy which is a genetic disorder caused by the parental proteins in the nuclear lamina.

7.  The muscular system interacts with the digestive system in several places. The muscles of the jaw masticate food, and then muscles along the esophagus move food from the mouth to the stomach. Muscles along the intestines move digesting food along, and muscles control sphincters that isolate the sections of the digestive system.

8.  Watch your diet and eat healthy  Prevent bone and muscle injury  Increase musculoskeletal system strength

9.  Your heart is one of the most important muscles in your body but then if alcohol weakens muscles and causes deterioration it takes a big toll on your heart and can destroy your body
