6 Social Europe 2014 CSRs  In 2014 number of health-related CSRs increased from 11 to 16  All health CSRs issues in 2013 were continued: AT, BG, CZ, DE, ES, FI, FR, MT, PL, RO, SK  New CSRs were issued for 5 countries: HR, IE, LV, PT, SI.  Focus on fiscal sustainability and request to increase cost-effectiveness of their systems. 6

7 Social Europe Annual Growth Survey 2015  Structural reforms at the MS level:  Modernising social protection systems. Social protection mechanisms should be efficient and adequate at all stages of a person's life. There is a need for simplified and better targeted social policies complemented by affordable quality childcare and education, prevention of early school leaving, training and job assistance, housing support and accessible health care. Healthcare systems need to be reformed to provide quality health care through efficient structures, including eHealth.  Skilled health care workforce 7
