6. If you use your camera… ■Take a picture of the ■Cover of the book ■Spine ■Title page, which includes copyright year, publisher, place of publication ■Pages ■ISBN (if you have the ISBN, you can use it in Noodle Tools)

10. Refine your search by… ■Date ■Use “more options” to exclude dates you don’t want

11. It’s possible you will come across “Bound Periodicals,” which are the actual journal all put together for the year of publication. These are found on the library shelf AND online.

12. If you come across Microform… ■You will have access to the machines to read the microform. Old newspapers, magazines, and journals are stored on “film”.
