Acute Incidents a Significant Problem High Levels During Beam Tuning – Detector Turned Off “Blast” Events Due to Beam Misadventures with Detector On – Abort Kicker Malfunction. Damage to Readout Chips – Particularly Calibration Circuits. Partially Recovered by Adjustment of Control Voltages.
