Software that customers have already paid for and is delivered as part of their maintenance agreement. Objectives: How to educate SAP customers on what is being delivered How to help customers build a business case for these upgrades – show the value How to reduce the cost of these upgrades Technical basis resources Functional resources – regression testing Development resources – reapplying customizations, modifications and oss notes Business impact – reduce downtime
