Rationale: –We want to make the Clearinghouse open and available to everyone. We want to encourage IEPD use and reuse by other IEPD developers. –Ensure that ideas from the community about IEPDs are surfaced and exposed. Practical Implication: There is a risk of having many entries.

Rationale: –The process could help IEPD developers improve their IEPD functionality. –The results could help harmonize a limited set of IEPDs. Practical Implication: This process could become staff intensive. We will need to enlist authoritative bodies to assist this process.
