4 1. Our conscience dictates to our thinking what we ought and ought not do.

5 2. When there is shared consensus and a strong collective conscience, you don’t need a lot of laws; the conscience is the law.

6 3. When there is no conscience, there is no sense of guilt.

7 4. A conscience has to be informed, it has to be taught.

8 Q – So what has informed our national conscience? A – a general sense of personal and corporate accountability to God, our Creator
