2. Overview  We have conclusive proof (by CIA standards) that the regime of Raoul Castro has been providing, through an intermediary, weapons to Anti-American terrorists. These terrorists have launched several attacks on targets within the mainland United States.  This evidence cannot be provided to the international community out of the concern of divulging our sources and compromising our operatives.

3. Overview  We have further proof that these insurgents have been allowed to operate freely in, and use as their base, La Habana Vieja.  We estimate that there are approximately 5,000 terrorists holed up in La Habana Vieja  These terrorists are known to have stockpiled weapons in La Habana Vieja including AK- 47’s, RPG’s, material to make IED’s and sundry explosive devices.

14. Weapons Options  You have a list on the following page. Medical personnel and the soldiers are obviously mandatory  However, the idea is that you have been given a limited amount of supplies. From the first 8 on the list you can only choose to have 5 of those weapons in your arsenal. Grenades, ammo for guns are assumed to be provided.

16. Your Mission should you choose to accept it (and do you really have a choice?)  The First Portion will be devising a plan for defeating the enemy. This includes, but is certainly not limited to, point of invasion, establishing rules of engagement, tactics, how weapons will be deployed/when you will use these weapons, consideration of political ramifications of your actions/key points to seize. In other words, apply what you have learned concerning urban warfare.

Your Mission should you choose to accept it (and do you really have a choice?)  This portion of your presentation must be done in a tangible form-powerpoint slides or hard copy.  The second portion provides the variables. As you implement your plan I will throw in several variables and ask you to respond.
