2.  Do you buy items that originate in other counties?  Do you, or a family member work for a company that has its roots in another country?  Do you, or a family member work for a company that has expanded outside of Canada?

3.  Do you listen to music created by international artists?  What TV shows or movies have you watched that were created outside of Canada?  Do you wear jeans?  This is an American innovation!

4.  Do you see you political representatives influenced by outside forces?  Treaties  Trade agreements  War!  Did you donate to Haiti after the earthquake? Or to the Pakistan flood relief?

5. Globalization  The truth is most of you should have said yes to most of the questions if not all  Globalization impacts us in 3 main ways: politically, socially, and economically.  Just how much we are affected we will find out!  Turn to page 6 in your text book
