8 Feasibility Assessment  A feasibility assessment is a structured, systematic process designed to help assess the appropriateness of a single strategy and to choose the most appropriate strategy(s) from among several possibilities.

(individual strategies only) b.Setting: What setting is the program designed for? (individual strategies only) c.Adaptability: How would the strategy need to be tailored to fit the community? Describe the ways in which the strategy is currently compatible with the cultural beliefs and practices of the target population. Identify any barriers or coalition needs related to ensuring the strategy is compatible with the cultural beliefs and practices of the target population. OVERALL FEASIBILITY (0 points minimum; 20 points maximum) *The feasibility score for each criterion is a subjective rating based on your coalition’s existing strengths/capacity and identified barriers/needs. A “0” indicates that it is not at all feasible, while a “5” indicates that it is feasible right now. A 1, 2, 3 or 4 indicate varying levels of capacity-building are required in order for the strategy to be feasible.
