General Information 1.Your University should nominate you so you can apply for Exchange Program at University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS) 2.After nomination you will recieve a welcome e-mail from the Exchange Incoming Officer 3.Students who are not officialy nominated by their home Universities will not be accepted

4. Application Form online – Step 1 Go to the website: https://portal.swps.edu.pl/en/web/guest/rejestracja Fill the basic personal information as it is shown on the picture (next slide)

6. Step 1 1.The system will ask you for number of your document. Please notice that you DO NOT NEED a Polish temporary residency unless you are an EU country citizen.

7. Step 2 1.Check your mailbox and find there an e-mail: 2.(Your Name), Welcome to your Virtual University account activation! The account will be used during the admission process. You will be asked to set a password. Next, a login will be generated for you. Remember the login and password as you will need them in the following years of your studies. Should you decide to apply to another program of study, you will need them too. 8. Step 3 1.New e-mail will come after setting a password: 2. Your Name, You have been granted access to the SWPS systems. In order to continue the admissions process, do the following: go to: https://portal.swps.edu.pl/recruitment give your login xxx@st.swps.edu.pl give your password You will go through 4 stages of the admissions process: Stage 1 Provide your personal data and your educational background information. Stage 2 The documents can be submitted by you, a third party or by mail. Stage 3 You can find the details concerning the candidates’ assessment process on the Virtual University. Stage 4 You will receive the final decision online and by mail. 20. What’s next? 1.SWPS Exchange Officer will send you Acceptance Letter 2.Send your 3 photos (3,5 cm x 4,5 cm) by regular post to the address of SWPS Exchange Officer 3.Fill your LA as soon as you get the list of courses for the academic year of your exchange
