11. Observed in Israel  This Feast was a Celebration!  Worshipers would wave palm branches before the Lord and sing songs of salvation (the Hallel).  A Temple Lighting Ceremony.  A Water Ceremony (Isaiah 12:3)

12. Isaiah 12:3  With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.

13. Will be Fulfilled in Jesus  When Jesus reigns on earth for 1,000 years (Rev. 20:4) I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
