5 Design Principles The reason we are coming together; what we want to achieve. Safe, inviting, and comfortable so participants can speak, listen, and be creative. Questions that are relevant to the real-life concerns of the group. Encourage everyone to share their ideas and perspectives while respecting the right to simply listen. Movement between tables, Meeting new people, linking discoveries. Quality listening is important. Recognize themes, patterns, and insights. Connect to the larger whole. Listen for what is not spoken, too. The Harvest – making patterns of wholeness visible to everyone in large group conversation.
