6 Define Body Image  Body image is how you see yourself when you look in the mirror or when you picture yourself in your mind.

7 What is Positive Body Image?  Positive body image is having a vision of your body that is healthy and realistic. It is appreciating and valuing your natural shape and understanding that it’s the whole person that’s important- not just his or her physical appearance.
