2 The Army Medical Department is a professional organization consisting of over 133,000 employees with an annual budget of nearly $13 Billion. The Army Medical Department is responsible for the medical care of over 3.5 Million patients.

3 Health Professions Scholarship Program 100% Tuition plus all fees and equipment Monthly Stipend of over $2000.00 $20,000 Sign on Bonus 4 year contract

4 Medical/Dental School Stipend Program Provides a monthly stipend of $2178 to individuals accepted into an accredited medical program. Participants are assigned the primary AOC and branched into the Medical Service Corps as a Second Lieutenant. Must be a US citizen. Incurs a one year obligation in the AR for each 6 months (or partial 6 month period) of financial assistance. Upon completion of residency training must serve in an AR Troop Program Unit, AMEDD Professional Medical Command (APMC) or the Individual Mobilization Augmentee Program.
