3  Typing in all capital letters can make it seem like you are shouting, and can also hurt peoples eyes.

4  Whether chatting or emailing, be respectful and courteous to everyone online.

5  Think before you post anything. Those things that make you laugh now could come back and haunt you later. Remember… once it’s online, you can’t take it back.

6  Personal information is not for everyone to see. There are mny problems with identity theft and other issues with people giving out too much private information.

7  When typing an email, keep it as short as possible. Remember that you are using someone else's time by having them read your writing.

8  Bottom line is… don’t steal!
