1 Hudson River School Art Summative Assignment Based on the artifacts which you went through, write an essay summarize what the Hudson River School and the Transcendental Movement were about, explaining there details. Reflect also on the relationship of music (Foster), architecture, and the other art (sculptures and paintings) of the period to the Hudson River School and Transcendental Movement. Lastly, relate how all of the various artifacts you examined reflected nationalism in the American culture of the day.
