Title of his life: “Wealth” Halal money Zakah Sadaqah

Converting to Islam He was one of the first 8 people who accepted Islam in Makkah. The Prophet gave him his name: AbdelRahman, which means: the slave of ElRahman Instead of his jahiliah name: Abd Amr, which means: the slave of Amr. He was not a slave nor connections, nevertheless, he was tortured for being Muslim. With RasullAllah’s permission, he traveled to Abyssinia with others.

Hijra to Madina & getting married The Prophet’s (PBUH) bound AbdelRahman in brotherhood to Saad Ibn Rabiah Al Ansari. Saad: “O brother, we are the most wealthy people of Madinah. I have two gardens and two wives. Look at which garden you want, and I’ll give it to you and which wife you like better, I’ll divorce her for you.” AbdelRahman: “May Allah grant you blessings in your wives and your wealth. The only thing I need to know is where the market is.”

Special honor AbdelRahman Ibn Awf had the most unique experience of being the imam in front of the Imam of the Prophets, Sayedna Mohamed (SAWS) The army headed to Tabuk Salat Al Fajr RasullAllah (PBUH) said, “You have done well, for indeed a Prophet does not die until he has been led in prayer by a pious (Taqi, who fears Allah) man of his people.” When was Battle of Tabuk? 9 Hijri

Joyous news Huge Caravan of 700 camels arrived to Madinah, that the earth began to shake. Sayeda Aisha said, “I heard RasullAllah (PBUH) say, “AbdelRahma Ibn Awf will enter the Jannah crawling.” He said, "if I could, I would like to enter it walking. At his death At his death he liberated a great number of slaves. He donated a lot of money: 400 dinar of gold for each one fought at Badr A lot of money for Umhat Al Mo’menin. Aisha made duaa for him: “May Allah water him from the water of AlSalsabil.” Big Question: “Did he die poor after all these donations??” He left 1000 camels, 100 horses, 300 sheep. He had 4 wives, each one hare was 80,000 dinars. He left gold & silver that was divided between his inheritors with hoes.
