4. When Hangul originally came about, there were 28 characters used; 16 constants and 12 vowels. Over the centuries the written language changed to 24 characters; 13 constants and 11 vowels. The modern Korean alphabet is made of 40 characters; 14 constants, 5 double constants, 10 vowels, and 11 double vowels. HOW HAS THEIR WRITTEN LANGUAGE DEVELOPED?
