14. The Lease Process Sales representative fills out and emails Lease Proposal Request Form to Ontario. Ontario emails back a formal lease quote. Ontario sends out lease documents to the customer. Customer signs them. Ontario places the order with the manufacturer. Manufacturer delivers the equipment. Customer signs the Certificate of Acceptance. The lease starts and Ontario pays the manufacturer for the equipment.
