5. Document Delivery Last year: 307,000 ILL requests (up 10%) CISTI: 14,000 requests met, 145,000 searches VDX software: Release 3.2.1 (Nov. 2008) –drop down action menu –numerous bug fixes and minor improvements

Relationship with OCLC Support for CBS and VDX software Collaborative Services Agreement: –running for 16 months –searches of WorldCat now 850,000 per year –gap load of WorldCat (in preparation) Discussions commenced on ILL network interconnection Governance Complementary service delivery: eg OCLC Collection Analysis Service

9. Search There were 14.3M searches in 2007/08 (increase of 13% on previous year) Stability of Libraries Australia Search Release 2.4 of (first half of 2009) –Copyright status –numerous minor improvements and bug fixes

10. Other NLA discovery services Australian Newspapers Beta Renovated ARROW Discovery Service Recent changes to Music Australia The Library’s strategy is to integrate all of its discovery services through the Single Business Discovery Project (commenced August 2008)
