1. COUNTDOWN TO CHRISTMAS BY ELANA LOWRY

2. December the 1 st till the 4 th PRESENT BUYING BEGINS !! Everybody is excited going from shop to shop trying to find the perfect presents for their friends and family.

3. December the 5 th till the 8 th LETS PUT UP THE CHRISTMAS TREE AND DECORATIONS Everyone is decorating their Christmas trees and houses with vibrant, colourful lights that brighten the road.

4. THE SNOW STARTS TO FALL - CAN WE BUILD A SNOWMAN? Children are outside, playing in the snow making snowmen and snow angels. People are crying with laughter as the snowballs get thrown! Their hands going numb as the day begins to darken!

5. December the 13 th till the 16 th WRITE A CHRISTMAS CARD OR TWO People are writing Christmas cards to their friends and family to wish them a Merry Christmas.

6. December the 17 th till the 20 th THE CHIDREN AND ADULTS GO CAROL SINGING The children and adults wander during the cold and frosty evenings, calling at our doors to sing their uplifting carols.

7. December the 21 st till the 23 rd PREPARE THE TURKEY AND OTHER GOODIES As the succulent turkey comes out of the oven the delicious smell starts to spread around the whole house.

8. December the 24 th ALL OF THE CHILDREN ARE FAST ASLEEP WAITING FOR SANTA The excited children struggled to get to sleep; they’re bubbling with anticipation as they eagerly wait for the night to be over!

9. December the 25 th JESUS IS BORN On Christmas day Jesus was born.
