2. Training Overview This presentation will show you additional reporting options available to “Hybrid Managers” – those who oversee other managers in addition to managing their own group of drivers. E-DRIVER is a database designed to help manage and track regulatory compliance of DOT drivers within Ericsson.

4. Log In Process Open your web browser (ie. Internet Explorer) Go to https://secure.edriverfiles.com/ericsson/https://secure.edriverfiles.com/ericsson/ You may want to save this link as a favorite At that page, you’ll enter your ID and Password, and select “Login.” NOTE: if you need to have your password reset - email the DOT Compliance Staff at: dotdriver@sprint.com

5. Home Page You’ll now see the main “Home Page” of the system. Select “Reports.”

6. Reports Screen The key difference here is the addition of the “Select Managers” button.

7. Selecting Managers At this screen you can create and save reports based on your selection of managers.

8. Selecting Managers To create your first report, select a manager from the drop list, and then “Add Mng To the List”

9. Selecting Managers Following that same process, you can add multiple managers to your report.

10. Selecting Managers Select “View” to see the selected manager’s driver compliance summary.

11. Selecting Managers Once you’ve selected your list of managers and confirmed the selection by viewing a report, you can save your selection of managers for future, easy recall.

12. Selecting Managers Give your selection a report name, and then select “ADD.”

13. Selecting Managers Now that you’ve saved your report, it will appear in “Saved Report List”

14. Report Detail A summary of key details (By manager) is provided for New Drivers and Active Drivers.

15. Report Detail A tally of “new drivers” who are in the process of becoming qualified as “active drivers” is followed by a measure of progress toward that goal (4 key items per driver and how many have been accomplished).

16. Report Detail A tally of “active drivers” is followed by a measure of the number of these drivers who are not fully compliant with DOT regulations.

17. Report Detail Selecting a manager’s name will take you to a detail report on his/her drivers.

18. Report Detail This manager has one “New” and zero “Active” drivers. The “New” driver data summarizes their progress to becoming qualified…

Report Detail Active Driver Issue: –M = Medical Exam –A = Annual Certificate of Violation –L = License –H = Hazmat Training Time to Expiration: –exp = expired –15 = within 15 days –30 = within 30 days –45 = within 45 days For example, “M30” means that the driver’s medical exam will expire within the next thirty days & must be updated.

20. Active Driver Detail By selecting an Active driver’s name, you will see their details.

21. Active Driver Detail Selecting the “Audit” button (for active drivers), you can view the annual review process screen.

22. Active Driver Detail The annual review process screen provides information on “re-qualifying” Active Drivers.

23. New Driver Detail Selecting a New driver’s name will show you specific data on this driver. The CKlst Button will take you to the New Driver Checklist.

25. One More Feature You can save the summary data as a spreadsheet by selecting “Save as csv File”

26. One More Feature After selecting, a pop up box will appear. You can open the file directly, or save it to view later.
