WAC Guidelines [WAC 173-26-231(3)(a)] Shoreline Stabilization New development should be located to avoid need New structural stabilization shall not be allowed except: when necessary to protect existing primary structures for new and existing development under specific conditions ecological restoration projects, when determined necessary Geotechnical reports must address time frame (3 years) Must consider soft shoreline stabilization measures When allowed, must be at or near Ordinary High Water Mark, replacements included.
