1 Favorite Places Madison Morris 2nd hour

2 Paris, France ° N, ° E France is the most visited country in the world. Paris was originally a Roman city called "Lutetia". There's only one STOP sign in the entire city of Paris. In France, you can marry a dead person. I would like to visit Paris, France because I would like to see the Effie tower. This is where I would like to go the most before I die because I’ve heard its really nice and very beautiful in Paris.

3 New York ° N, ° W  Madison Square Park, Washington Square Park, Union Square Park, and Bryant Park used to be cemeteries.  In New York City there are more than 26,000 people living in each square mile. Manhattan’s daytime population swells to 3.94 million, with commuters adding a net 1.34 million people I would like to go to New York because I want to see the Statue of Liberty and all the shops!

Public Schools: 167 Charter Schools: 60 Private Schools: 83 Colleges & Universities: 9  EACH vote is still tallied BY HAND even before the electronic vote is recorded. I would like to go here because I would like to see the white house and other things like that.

° S, ° E South Africa is the second largest exporter of fruit in the world. South Africa has the longest wine route in the world. There are about 280,000 windmills on farms across South Africa, second in number only to Australia. I would like to go here because they need help with minestery there and I would go there for a mission trip.

6 California ° N, ° W California's state nickname is The Golden State. State Flower: Golden Poppy State Fossil: The sabre-tooth cat State Song: “I Love You, California” I would like to go here because I want to go to Disney Land and all the beaches.

7 Orlando, Florida ° N, ° W Orlando attracts more visitors than any other amusement park destination in the United States. Florida is not the southernmost state in the United States. Hawaii is farther south. I would like to visit here Because it is nice there and I want to go to the beach and Disney world.

8 Chicago ° N, ° W I would like to visit this place because it is very different from Oklahoma and they have exciting things to do. Nearly 40 million people visit Chicago annually. The Willis Tower (formerly the Sears Tower) is the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere at 110 stories high. Chicago’s downtown area is known as “The Loop.” The nickname refers to the area encircled by the elevated (‘L’) train tracks.

9 Atlanta, Georgia ° N, ° W I go here all the time because my mom lives here and I love all the lights and the buildings. Stone Mountain near Atlanta is one of the largest single masses of exposed granite in the world. Georgia's population in 1776 was around 40,000. Georgia is the largest state east of the Mississippi River.

The Amazon rainforest is the largest tropical rainforest in the world, covering over five and a half a million square kilometers (1.4 billion acres). In both 2005 and 2010 the Amazon rainforest suffered severe droughts that killed off large amounts of vegetation in the worst affected areas. 10% of the world’s known species live in the Amazon rainforest.

13 Niagara Falls ° N, ° W The 3 waterfalls combine to produce the highest flow rate of any waterfall on earth The Niagara Falls are located on the border of Ontario, Canada and New York, USA. The Niagara Falls are visited by around 30 million people every year. The Niagara Falls State Park is the oldest state park in the United States (1885).
