5. Next steps www.aidsalliance.org.ua  Harmonization with Round 6 proposal and with hopefully de-frozen World Bank loan as well as with other major interventions  Addressing programme challenges e.g. ARV treatment dropouts, growing needs in substitution therapy, and coverage of most at risk populations  Further benefiting from being on the radar screen
