6 Special District Amendments Road District 1  Motion: Amend the cost of City of Missoula Road District Number 1 to $60,000, and (1) modify the work plan to direct these assessments to mitigate the costs of curb, gutter, and sidewalk installation for owner- occupied residential properties, and (2) direct the mayor to present to Council a plan for utilizing road district assessments within three months of adopting the FY 11 budget. 9/8/2010Strohmaier Budget Proposal

Park District 1  Motion: Amend the cost of City of Missoula Park District Number 1 to $40,000, and modify the work plan to allocate the annual assessment to the city’s urban forestry program. $10,000 of the annual assessment will be designated to planting new trees, and the remaining $30,000 will be utilized for proactive pruning and/or emergency/risk management work including pruning, removals, potential grant matching. 9/8/2010Strohmaier Budget Proposal
