4 What we mean by learning and attention issues 4 Learning & attention issues are: Brain-based disorders that impact a person in school, home, community, workplace and relationships People with learning & attention issues struggle with: Reading, math, written expression, organization, attention, focus, and social learning Common identifications include: While there is no “cure,” much is known about strategies to help people leverage their strengths and manage their challenges ADD/ADHD Executive Function Disorder Auditory & Visual Processing Disorders Dyslexia Dysgraphia Dyscalculia
