Emphasis on ‘why’ a certain word is used e.g. Hurdling – ‘TECHNICAL’ – why? – Quick between hurdles, straight lead leg – back to ground quickly – low over hurdles – snappy trailing leg into first stride for next hurdle e.g. Hockey – ‘ACCURATE’ – centre mid-field – able to control and distribute the ball so it is a significant pass – goes to where intended.
