5. What does the Act mean? It means that original work is protected. It means that musicians get paid for the songs they have written, other people are not allowed to use their songs unless they have sorted out a deal with the musicians!

6. What does it mean for your film studio? If you want to use someone else's logo, photograph, artwork, music, book … YOU MUST - seek their permission, pay them for their work YOU MUST NOT – claim someone else's work as your own
