In addition, as member surveys identify key FBIE-related highlights and/or issues, the committee will carry out the advocacy effort to NAFSA leadership. Member Outreach Committee Member Outreach Committee recruits new members and organize social events during a NAFSA National Conference. Mentoring Program Committee This committee designs, promotes, and facilitates FBIE Mentoring Program at the national conference during the Open SIG meeting.

Committee members are encouraged to organize and facilitate FBIE-SIG open meetings at their respective regional conference. Publicity & Communications Committee The committee develops an overall promotional strategy for the SIG. This committee also develops newsletter, pamphlets or booklets to be disseminated via print and electronic media.
