3 There are over 3000 promises found throughout the Bible. The “Yes” speaks of the truth of God’s promises; the “Amen” speaks of the trust of God’s promises.

4 5 Characteristics of the Promises of God God’s promises are found in the Word of God. – Every promise you need regardless of the circumstances has been written down in the unshakable, unchangeable, infallible Word of God.

5 God’s promises are always Gracious God’s promises are always Christ Centered. God’s promises are always trustworthy. God’s promises are usually conditional.

6 God’s promises will give you something to stand on when your life is in a tail spin! His promises give you something to plant your feet on when you don’t know what to do.
